What condition are your watches in?

We always specify any flaws with our stock in the description of the item. Please note that even unworn examples may have small handling marks which are unavoidable.

Do you offer any warranty?

For watches within the manufacturers warranty period (brand dependent but usually 5 years) we believe this doesn't warrant any additional warranty needs. For watches that are outside of the warranty period we offer a 12 month warranty period.

Do you accept returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we encourage you to get in touch with us so we can find a solution. We only provide full refunds on specific terms.
If we agree to a return, the watch needs to be returned for inspection prior to receiving the refund, it needs to be in its original state, with all packaging and any items originally provided. We may send the item back to you or alternatively offer a partial refund if these terms aren't met.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are your watches authentic?

All of our watches are 100% authentic, we have rigorous checks to ensure this.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

For sourcing requests we require a 10% deposit. This is due to the amount of time and effort it requires to find you’re watch as well as us utilising our network.
